This was as perfect of an experience as it possibly could’ve been. Mr Jonathan Spang was our GC. He did an incredible job. The house turned 50 this year and was looking quite rough. It’s the nicest house on the block now (pics for proof - it was yellow and brown before).

Mr Spang and his crews were efficient, truthful, courteous, experts in their respective fields, and also quite fun to talk to. They redid our siding, windows, portions of our roof, re-sheathed our house, repainted (inside and out) added gutters, and a lot of other small fixes too.

The pricing was quite fair and straightforward. The support staff kept my wife and I informed through every twist and turn (as did Mr Spang personally). It was just top notch the whole way though...

I have been building, restoring and adding on to houses for over 50 years and Transform Charleston is the most professional and detail oriented contractor I have ever used!  Their field crew managed by David and periodic supervision from Sam, head of QA from the home office were knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive to every detail to ensure that the finished job exceeds expectations.  They removed an old wood shake roof and replaced it with Brava synthetic state which improved the aesthetics of the architecture and should last over 50 years.  Highly recommended if you simply want to best result...

Genuinely incredible service. The Transform Charleston team helped me out of a few very serious issues. I got all new gutters and some roofing and siding repairs. I could not recommend them more. They were attentive, responsive, kind, warm, and did the jobs quickly and on schedule. I will absolutely be coming back to this team for any sidings, roofing, and gutter needs in the future. I will also be telling people to go check them out. Thank you Brent, Lee, Carter, Meghan and the whole crew...

Transform Charleston did a beautiful job reinventing the look of our home. They made sure that things were done to the highest standards, and we are so pleased with the results. It was a big project (including, but not limited to, replacing the siding, windows, exterior doors, and gutters, plus painting the entire interior), but Johnathan made it feel easy and seamless. He is friendly and knowledgeable (and very patient), and he provided excellent communication every step of the way. He was a pleasure to work with and was hands-on throughout the entire process. Shoutout to Meghan as well, who was extremely helpful and gracious.

I think it is worth pointing out that literally every Transform Charleston employee/worker we encountered was considerate, patient, and pleasant. It was overall a very positive experience, and I am so glad that we chose them to transform our home. I highly recommend them...
