"Definitely the Best Choice! Everyone we worked with was fantastic. They listened, they explained, they suggested. They were in constant contact with us. Answering questions and giving updates. The roof went up in one day and looks amazing. The roofers we fast and neat. Cleaning up as they went. Our landscaping received very little damage. Just a few smushed flowers. They dealt with the insurance company which was awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!! Thank you, Randy and Jesse from coming by!!!"

"Johnny came by and inspected my roof, he was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I did not have damage that would be covered by insurance but he was upfront about that and gave clear details about why and what it will cost as well as why it needed to be done as soon as possible (my decking was old and damaged as well as out of code now) then they helped me get financing and scheduled the job quickly. They were upfront that weather could necessitate pushing the install date back. Once the day came the production crew was efficient, 13 minutes after arriving the were on my roof starting tear down - the job was completed in one day and they cleaned up - it honestly looked better after they left than before they came! I would recommend Johnny and BCR to anyone who needs a roof IF they can they will get it covered by insurance but if not they have financing to help you protect your most valuable assets - your home. Edit - they have now done my gutters as well this crew was just as good and got the job done in 1/2 a day they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and would match and look good when they left"

The prior installer completely failed and we were forced to redo the entire bridge. John Shekian from PRS was called in, upon meeting him, he was extremely thorough professional and detailed. We elected to use PRS and 2 days later we had a new bridge erected. The whole process took a couple of days and everything and more which was discussed was completed. "I worked with Chris Hume for the most part and he was great to work with. Ultimately, we took an unusable back yard and turned it into something that could have been displayed in a magazine. AWESOME. We did a big backyard project that included three levels of pavered patios (each about 20x20), several retaining walls, beautiful steps going down to the lowest level, truck loads of dirt and a big drainage system to stop my yard from washing away. Also, we did a pavered walkway from the back yard to the front as well as a brick enclosure to hide trash cans. Chris and his crew were fantastic and I would highly recommend them."
