Technians Zach and Shane were great replacing the A/C evaporator coil. They were great with handling an unexpected issue. The new evaporator coil unit wouldn't fit through the narrow attic door opening. After consulting with the office they disassembled the unit panels and plates, carefully carried the coil through the attic door opening, then reassembled the unit in the attic and installed it. Great work guys...

Brandon and Chris were exceptionally courteous & knowledgeable! Brandon educated us as to the reasoning of not leaving pilot light on our gas logs in the summer.
