Our experience with Gilstrap Roofing was exceptional from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond in every way. The roof looks fantastic, and the repairs were completed with impeccable craftsmanship. Every employee we interacted with was not only knowledgeable but also extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of our home and time.

We have used Gilstrap for multiple homes throughout the Upstate.  They are quick, friendly, great communicators, and do a fantastic job with both repairs and roof replacements. We just had our roof replaced and we are 1000% pleased. The roof looks great. Stetson was an excellent salesman, polite, answered all questions and was always available for questions during the project
Stetson came back when the insurance adjuster showed up to go on the roof to show what he thought was damaged by hail. Marcos was very knowledgeable on the pre work visit and during the course of work. His assistant project manager, Joshua was also very professional and helpful. The crew was outstanding in the work ethic and their professionalism
I talked several times to the office and Kelly and Jessica spoke to my like I was talking to family.
Very friendly and professional.
All the people at Gilstrap Roofing were exceptional. Highly recommend them.
They had great prices compared to other estimates we got. Nicely done...

Will register was the salesman that cam out and assured me a good experience and a good job and Marco communicated with me very well also. This is a good company and being a professional  means keeping your word and standing behind your work and customer service  and they can deliver both! their crew finished a half day earlier than expected  and they sent several people with magnets to remove nails from the yard as anyone knows nails fly when removed ! It’s the final work that counts and we are happy they delivered  what they said they would  do ! I highly recommend this company ...
