Sam Aldridge did a beautiful metal roof on a playhouse for us. Codi answers calls and got us scheduled for a visit with Sam. The whole experience was seamless. Codi was fantastic on the phone setting things up. Sam was right on time for the initial visit. He’s fast and efficient. He got us a quote within a few days. He asked me what we wanted to do and made some recommendations. He provided me with a sketch so I could visualize the project. The price was very good compared to some other opinions we had. The work started within a week. The crew that came out was fantastic. Matt the supervisor, Robby, Shane, Patrick and Martinez were great to have around. My wife is always leery of strangers on our property but these guys were kind, professional and funny. Watching Patrick climb and cut and fasten boards is amazing! My wife felt very comfortable having this crew around! They cleaned up everything both days they were here. They even asked me what cut off boards I wanted to keep and where to put them. The communication was top notch. Sam and Matt gave us text updates about when the crew would show up and whenever they would drop something off. Aldridge recently replaced my roof and the service was excellent from start to finish. One thing that really stood out to me was when I first called the office looking for a quote, they asked “are you sure you actually need a complete roof replacement?” While I did actually need a whole new roof from hail damage, that showed me they truly care about the customer. Gavin was the PM on my job and was great to work with. He came out and looked at my roof, got me a quote within a few hours, and got the work scheduled as soon as weather allowed. The quote was very detailed so I knew exactly what I was getting and the pricing was very fair. The crew who completed the work was great, they finished up in one day, did a quality job, and did great with cleanup. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Aldridge Roofing...

He explained everything and worked up a plan for my repairs. The crew did an amazing job! they matched the shingles nearly perfectly. And they did not even leave a speck of trash behind.
