2nd Wind Heating & Air Conditioning

Easily 5 stars! I’d been having a humidity issue for 2 weeks and called 2nd Wind. The lady who answered asked great questions and tried to troubleshoot my issue over the phone BEFORE dispatching someone. I loved that! That showed me they were committed to solving my issue and not just taking my money. We did have to dispatch a tech though. Israel was phenomenal! He wore shoe covers and was very polite. He was thorough and explained everything in detail. He also took pix along the way to show me exactly what was happening. Although I’m confident he resolved my issue, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I needed. Highly recommend...

Excellent in all aspects. A technician was here about an hour after I called, which is unheard of in my experience. The office staff I spoke with were very helpful, and Angel, the technician was absolutely amazing. He definitely went above and beyond and he stayed until he was 100% certain the unit was not only working, but would continue working. He was exceptionally polite and truly cared. After running into issues with a different company, I called 2nd Wind to come look at my AC and thermostat for an emergency service bc they both were not working. They were very quick to dispatch someone and Josh my technician was great!! He got to my house quickly, was professional, and very thorough.
