Very happy overall! Easy to work with. Friendly and professional. Had a leaky roof. They gave me a quote within a few hours of calling. They had one of the lowest quotes of the places we called. Went with them because they came with a reference. Scheduled the job quickly. Work was done in a day. No nails in our yard (this was big as we have small kids). Roof looks great! They did the gutters as well. Flexible in terms of paying off the invoices...

I highly recommend B&R Home Improvement, Inc. Robert Jr as well as Robert Sen are wonderful contractors who take the time to explain everything, answer all questions, and provide sound advice. I would like to  thank Robert Jr for all the information provided when here for the cost estimate. I would like to thank Robert Sen  for the additional information provided and for being here so early AM for set up on the day of roof replacement before the roofing crew arrived on time. The entire process of entire roof replacement by B&R was a great experience. Within few days Robert mailed the detailed cost estimate, specs of the selected quality shingles, and even copies of his professional certifications. The roofing team members were excellent. So polite, hardworking and professional - they took care of protecting exterior and provided a thorough clean up as well. My neighbor also praised the roofing team members saying they were working diligently all day. I am extremely happy with the results of B&R Home Improvement. No wonder this company is busy on projects all times - B&R are personal, professional, and the results of their work is magnificent. Thank you so much for my beautiful new roof Robert and Bob ! I happened to call B&R Home Improvement based on reviews and they didn’t disappoint. I reached out a few times for leaks in our roof due to a previous company’s installment and Robert Jr. always responded and came out to assess the situation almost immediately. They will be replacing our entire roof this fall. I feel very comfortable with B&R based on their reputation and excellent reviews!

B & R Home Improvement did return to replace our roof.  They did an amazing job, and it happened to be two days of rare, sunny and warm October days!  Robert, his dad and their crew were very efficient, friendly and professional.  I have already recommended them to a few friends and would not hesitate to use their services for other home improvement projects, as well...

Robert and his team exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process from procurement through installation.  The request for proposal was prompt, and competitive.  The work was scheduled quickly and Robert was very thorough in explaining the Certainteed product options.  The day of installation went as well as could be expected.  Overall my interaction with this company was very positive and I am looking to book them for additional projects...
