Just received a quality new roof and exceptional service from Rinaldi Roofing.  The roof looks great and I believe the materials and installation techniques were all top notch.  But, what really stood out from this experience was the service.  From the first meeting with Matt Rinaldi, the time spent discussing options and deciding on the right scope of work, the flexibility in scheduling, the willingness to reschedule at the last minute, the speed they did the work, the cleanliness of the job site, the personal follow-up by Matt Rinaldi, and sending a full crew the same day to fix something the very afternoon that I pointed it out. I recently had the pleasure of working with the Rinaldi contractor to replace the roof of my house, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. The team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and dedication, setting the tone for the entire project.
Don's initial consultation was informative and impressively thorough. He patiently explained all our options, addressed every query, and provided a comprehensive estimate.

Jordan's punctuality and clear communication about the day before the roofing job, including the time, date, and items that needed to be delivered to our home, were commendable. This not only showed his respect for our time but also the team's commitment to keeping us informed.

Once the work began, Brandon was exceptional in managing the crew. We used Rinaldi Roofing last fall after the recommendation of a friend to have our roof replaced.  Matt met us within few days of contacting him to assess our roof and later met with my wife and I to go over the process, material to be used and why it's used. He took his time to explain everything and answer all our questions. The timeframe he gave us was followed through and the work was done within 1 day. He sent some of his workers over the next day to ensure nails and scrap pieces were picked up due to his crew finishing the job as it got dark.
Roof came out amazing! One issue arose when removing siding which I was called about immediately and was rectified that day. Matt's crew and project manager were all courteous and polite with any interaction we had with them.
Rinaldi Roofing more recently was starting work on my neighbor's house. I was able to approach the project manager, Brandon, while leaving for work and asked if he had time to assess our roof on our shed. Within few hours, he got back to me with a quote and had his team replace that roof on the same day! Again, all questions answered and very courteous interaction, even though he was there for another job.
I highly recommend Rinaldi Roofing for their great work and timely manner of not only getting back to you but finishing project on established timeframe...
