"I called Teflon to get a quote on a roof repair and Jason blew me away. Super professional, honest, and took his time to explain what options we had. Our roof was in bad shape and needed done fast and Jason and crew made it happen. He got us watertight until the weather broke, gave us ample notice and had the crew here for the install as soon as we had good weather for it, and has been out to follow up and keep in touch since. We had our last house done about five years ago and we've worked with multiple roofers over the last decade and Jason and Teflon are on a different level. I didn't feel like a customer or a $ sign, I felt like family. You can buy a roof but you can't buy trust. You can trust Teflon. The pictures are ones sent during the install. "If you are considering having your roof replaced your cannot go wrong with Jason, Andy and the Roofing Team at Teflon Roofing. We bought our home knowing we would be addressing the roof in a few years however, what we didn't know is that we would start to experience random leaks all throughout the house. We had another roofing company that we had worked with in the past come look at it however, they said they wouldn't touch it. We have a couple areas that had dipped down from poor renovations done by the previous owners. What worried us was this company has been in the business for over 25 years and they won't touch it. The anxiety caused by thinking that nobody would replace our roof especially if a company like that one wouldn't do it. I began searching our local Facebook groups for roofers. I was seeing many comments about Jason and his commitments to his customers and his willingness to help people with roof problems large and small. There were many comments about how great of a job the company had done so I decided to reach out to him. Jason the owner, came out immediately, no waiting for days or weeks to get an estimate. He is very down to earth, knowledgeable and an all-around a very likeable guy. He looked at the roof and said yeah we can do that and we have a couple options, let me see what I can do and I will get back to you in a day or two. Well he did and we were ecstatic. The immediate sense of relief that came over us is unexplainable. Our fears of having a leaking nightmare over our heads every time it rains or when we get snow sitting up there will be gone. All we could think about is I won't be in tears or stressed when it rains. We are so thankful to him for not walking away. It took about 3 weeks to get scheduled. The big day came, finally a new roof, no more leaks! The project manager Andy comes out with his crew and they wasted no time. They were professional and took pride in their work as well as respected our property. Then we find out why we have so many leaks, our roof decking is old 1x4 planks, with many broken, missing and damaged. While the work continued we were given a couple options to remedy the situation and we chose to re-deck the entire roof with plywood. Andy immediately went to get the additional materials so the crew could continue. The crew went above and beyond with solving the issues with the dip in one area and now is barely visible!! The job was completed and is absolutely beautiful. I truly cannot praise these guys enough. Now I am so excited for rain and I won't be worried when we get several inches of snow! From start to finish these guys are outstanding! We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for everything."

"I found these guys when they responded to my post for roof help on facebook. They were recommended by several customers as well. They quickly set up an appt for an estimate, came and after 2 other estimates they were the best price. There was a delay due to steady rain but they stayed in touch and were there as soon as possible. They worked hard through very intense heat to finish the job in one day. Unexpected repairs came up and they notified us and had to run for supplies. They kept us informed through a photo file as well. Their clean up was thorough. We are so pleased with the results. "The entire experience with Dreamworx was phenomenal. We went through roughly 5-6 roofing and siding companies, as we wanted a new roof (balancing between shingled and standing seam metal) as well as replacing our stucco’d front of house with vinyl board and batten siding. Surprisingly, there’s not a lot in central PA that offer board and batten vinyl siding. We invited Dreamworx to the conversation and were blown away by the smooth and easy estimation and decision-making process (we had basically asked another competitor to leave when they took 2+ hours of our work day to sell us and then kept asking negotiating the cost with us - I told them give us their final and best instead of basing it on other companies / our knowledge of market cost). Once we decided to go with Dreamworx, they kept in contact with us, sent text notifications of when they were on their way, uploaded pictures of the work as they went and offered to fix a few dents on the framing of the new skylights they installed without us asking them. They also fixed a few sheets of the exterior wall we knew had previous water damage but was in worse shape then we were aware. The integrity of that work goes a long way! As for the finished job, the crew were excellent and did a great job of cleaning up before they left. As for the results (see attached images), we are grateful for their work and would definitely go with the again for any future work needed! Fantastic crew and work!!"

"Trust them with your next 20 years. They have a stellar reputation locally and it’s well earned. Installation was fast and painless and the roof looks great. A few years later an exterior wall started to show water damage. We had a contractor come out and look. While we couldn’t find the exact cause, he did notice what looked like a loose shingle close to that wall. He suggested we call the roofers. I immediately thought “Oh boy, here we go.” I was prepared for a the worst. Getting a run around, getting ghosted etc. You know how it is with contractors. I was so pleasantly surprised by this company. They sent someone out to look really quickly. Chad looked inside, crawled through the tiny crawl space in our cape cod and there still wasn’t anything obvious as a source. He went outside and walked the perimeter before checking the shingle. The bad news is that there was some cracking in the mortar of the bricks on that wall. As soon as he showed us it was obvious this was the problem. He was so kind. Of course he went up and checked the suspect shingle. It was bowed up a bit and he sealed it. Then he took the extra time to put some caulk on the mortar crack as a band aid. He didn’t have to do that. He just wanted to be helpful. Purchasing a new roof is a massive investment and it is really hard to know who to trust. This is the kind of service that should put you at ease. The bricks had nothing to do with their work so this was way above and beyond. That’s been the entire experience. They back their work. They do good work and they treat people right."
