I contracted with Guardian to replace my roof and gutters after they were damaged by hail. Their customer service was outstanding! I worked with Josh R. through the whole process. He was kind, patient, respectful, and knowledgeable as he took me step-by-step through the process making what I originally thought might be an overwhelming project easy. I really got the impression he cared about the project as well as my family and me. I never felt pressured or rushed in any way and he was there via text, email, and phone call whenever I had questions. He kept me up-to-date with next steps and when schedules changed due to circumstances. Guardian did all the heavy lifting from working with the insurance company, getting the necessary permits and inspections, asking about specific concerns that I might have, to making sure that the house and yard was safe and clean. Install took one day. Most of the workmanship was done well with the exception of a few spots where a few shingles seamed to have been damaged during the install. When sharing this with Guardian, they responded a few hours later on a Friday night and then had the crew back out next day to fix the damage. Later that week after some rain they came out and inspected the roof again to make sure they addressed my concerns. They were supportive all the way to the end when I gave them the thumbs up that I was happy with the job. How they responded to my concerns made the difference. I'm still waiting on copy of the 10-year workmanship warranty, but overall I'm satisfied. Thanks...

I recently had new 6k gutters and gutter guards installed by Guardian Roofing and Siding and I couldn't be happier. My first contact was with Chris Cramer, my sales rep. He measured out the job,  and showed me all of my options and what the cost would be. Everything was clearly laid out in the contract and we set up a date.  On the day of the job not only the crew, but Bob the owner and Chris were on the site. The crew was professional and efficient and the job was done within three hours, start to cleanup. The gutters look and work great! They were incredible to work with and I highly recommend them...
