Charles Fogle was able to come out and assess the issue the same day I called, which was a huge relief as many other companies I called either couldn't get out until later in the week or didn't have availability on their schedules at all. When Charles arrived, he looked at the issue from inside first and then used a drone to inspect the roof. He took several pictures that identified quite a few problem areas. There were shingles lifted, misplaced shingles, and nail heads placed in all the wrong places including right in the center of some shingles (see first picture). After discussing the issue with me in depth, he explained their plan to fix the issue and gave me a quoted price. The price was not the least expensive of the quotes I received, but it also wasn't the most expensive. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the assessment and felt confident that Charles and his team would get the issue solved and ensure I wouldn't have any issues in the future with that portion of the roof. I was impressed by their ability to get me on the schedule by the following Monday. The team arrived at about 7:30 am and were completed by 10:30 am. Through the process, Tyson took several pictures with a drone of the progress (picture #2). The team got everything finished and then cleaned up after themselves. There were no signs they were even here after they were gone. It was a pleasure to not need to go out into the yard and pick up roof remnants. The finished product was well done and looks professionally done (picture #3). The next day I was able to access the images they took of the progress. Those images are going to be extremely helpful in dealing with Ryan Homes and possibly a lawyer since our home is only 5 years old. I can't say enough about how professional, helpful and patient Charles and his team were. It was a pleasure working with them throughout the process and they made my life easier by explaining everything to me. The Dynamic Roofing Solutions team were easily accessible and stayed in contact with me before, during and after the project. Unlike other contractors, they were quick to respond to any messages and provided any information I needed quickly. Even after the project completed, they were helpful in getting me all the images I needed. Even the owner reached out to ensure I was satisfied and was willing to answer any additional questions I might have. He is one of the nicest most professional, honest and hardworking guys you will ever meet! A couple days later Jeff and Darren came out to pull a shingle from my detached building to match the new shingles to the house. He found that the shingles (even though only 8 yrs old) were a cheap brand so decided to do the entire house and building at the same time. These guys were great. Had it not been for them that day I would have left the shingles only to have needed replace a coupe years later costing more money. Jeff is just like Andrew and all the positive things I’ve said. He worked so hard and was there the entire time the crew was here inspecting, taking pictures constantly and monitoring everything. He installed two roof bathroom fan vents and did an amazing job. He even stayed after hours to triple check everything and made sure the site was clean. I never felt rushed with him and you can tell he and Andrew care about their customers and are devoted to their jobs. These two guys really are the best and challenge anyone to find a better group of people!! The entire work crew did an absolute fantastic job! I have never seen a harder working crew in my life. I have an enormous amount of respect for the job they did and my hats off to all you guys!! Kangaroof screams efficiency, professionalism and class!!!! They don’t just hire anyone and only the best. My wife and I are really meticulous with our house and would not want anyone but the best to work on it! I highly recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed!!!
