Dan and his crew did an amazing job demoing our old siding and soffit, then installing new ones with real attention to detail. Before the work, our home addition could never hold a comfortable temperature in the colder months, we were constantly running space heaters just to keep it livable. After their work, the difference is night and day. It’s warm, efficient, and finally feels like part of the house.

Dan’s crew was polite, professional, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. They truly cared about making sure the final result was exactly what we wanted. The owner was just as impressive, reasonable, easy to communicate with, and genuinely trustworthy throughout the whole project.

Tectum replaced our roof. Their quote was very competitive and Dan was super communicative and easy to work with. We have a mansard roof which required extra skill and his team did an amazing job. Dan worked with us to add the venting system that we wanted and kept us in budget. The crew was extremely hard working and respectful. They worked a 15 hour day and came back first thing in the morning the next day to do some final touch ups and cleaned super well.

We are using TQR to rebuild our deck later this summer- the project is in progress. Will update when it’s done later in July hopefully!...
