„Kimberly Sholl says: Our 5 year old Ryan Home had a leak in our bathroom bump out roof. After contacting several roofing contractors, we decided to use Dynamic Roofing Solutions. Charles Fogle was able to come out and assess the issue the same day I called, which was a huge relief as many other companies I called either couldn't get out until later in the week or didn't have availability on their schedules at all. When Charles arrived, he looked at the issue from inside first and then used a drone to inspect the roof. He took several pictures that identified quite a few problem areas. There were shingles lifted, misplaced shingles, and nail heads placed in all the wrong places including right in the center of some shingles (see first picture). After discussing the issue with me in depth, he explained their plan to fix the issue and gave me a quoted price. The price was not the least expensive of the quotes I received, but it also wasn't the most expensive. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the assessment and felt confident that Charles and his team would get the issue solved and ensure I wouldn't have any issues in the future with that portion of the roof. I was impressed by their ability to get me on the schedule by the following Monday. The team arrived at about 7:30 am and were completed by 10:30 am. Through the process, Tyson took several pictures with a drone of the progress (picture #2). The team got everything finished and then cleaned up after themselves. There were no signs they were even here after they were gone. It was a pleasure to not need to go out into the yard and pick up roof remnants. The finished product was well done and looks professionally done (picture #3). The next day I was able to access the images they took of the progress. Those images are going to be extremely helpful in dealing with Ryan Homes and possibly a lawyer since our home is only 5 years old. I can't say enough about how professional, helpful and patient Charles and his team were. It was a pleasure working with them throughout the process and they made my life easier by explaining everything to me. The Dynamic Roofing Solutions team were easily accessible and stayed in contact with me before, during and after the project. Unlike other contractors, they were quick to respond to any messages and provided any information I needed quickly. Even after the project completed, they were helpful in getting me all the images I needed. Even the owner reached out to ensure I was satisfied and was willing to answer any additional questions I might have.
