Within a week of calling they came and handled my problem.  They ripped off every piece of plywood, re sheeted, and finished the entire roof in one day with high end products.  It’s not often when having work done that I have seen quick, quality, and affordable on the same project.  They sent me step by step drone pictures of the entire process.  The whole property was tarped and covered before they started.  I haven’t seen a single nail or piece of shingle on the property.  I could not be more happy with how the job was handled start to finish.  I would highly recommend...

Hired Malick Brothers Exteriors to repair and resurface the tin roof on my porch as well as repair water damage on porch pillars and paint ceiling. They responded quickly to my inquiry and quoted a fair price. When the job was scheduled, they showed up on time, introduced themselves and got to work. The team for this job was Rick, Mark, Jason and Cooper. They were all pleasant, polite and hard-working.

When the job was finished, they cleaned up so well, you'd never know they were here except that the porch looks so much better. I'm very pleased with their work and would be happy to recommend them. I'd also use them again myself. I liked that they are small enough that you can deal with an owner to set up the job but professional enough to have a project manager available and have the work done by employees, not sub-contractors. Good people, good company, good job...

We don't have enough positive things to say about these guys!  We had to rebuild the front porch on our 130 year old house to match the previous porch per historical guidelines in our neighborhood and that meant we had to do a slate roof.  Ryan (Owner) was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and professional with all communication as well as upfront and fair with quotes.  He talked us through the entire process of lining box gutters, installing downspouts and provided slate options to match the slate on our upper gables. We ended up going with a Virginia slate.

When it came time for install, Jason, Rick and Kotchie were so great! They are extremely hard workers who have so much respect for their work sites. Installing slate and copper is not something that a lot of roofing companies do well but these guys did such a fantastic job and went the extra mile to make sure our brand new, historically accurate porch looked pristine. The expert installation of the copper flashing has been a feature that regularly has people stopping to compliment.

Jason was super responsive to any questions we had. Whether it was on site or through text, he always took the time to explain.  After work was complete on the porch, we had them come back to do chimney caps so we now have water tight chimneys too!

We will be hiring Malick Brothers for all roofing needs in the future. If you are looking for a company that is extremely fair with pricing, honest, hard-working and responsive, there is no better group to have do your project...
