Exceptional experience! We had our roof shingles replaced, chimney mortar redone, and some gutter work. Zach and his crew were very professional. Always on time and respectful. They cleaned up at the end of the day. Non smoking crew. We could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend...

Great company with a name that says it all...ALWAYS PERFECT!
After having a 100 pine tree blown over damaging my home and detached garage APC was the crew I went with after seeing a home being repaired by them with tree damage similar to mine.
Ryan, the crew leader for  APC, was thorough in his assessment of damage... so much so he found structural damage to roof trusses that Erie's structural engineer didn't report/see.
Zach,  APC owner,  accommodated my battle with my insurance in the claim process and with Ryan, in the end had likely saved my garage from future problems.
Bottom line...APC is really a QUALITY company with impeccable repairs!

I am 100%  pleased with Always Perfect Contracting's handling of our transaction from start to finish. I recommend that anyone "in the market" for a new/replacement roof contact Aways Perfect. The owner is a total professional and was always available to answer questions and make sure that the work was done right. The team that did the work, including the two on-site supervisors, was dedicated and delivered from start to finish...including clean-up. I also compared prices with other roofing contractors and Always Perfect was the lowest. They did a great job...

Highly recommend Always Perfect Contracting. I had several leaking issues.  They removed a large heavy metal gas fireplace vent from a 4 story mansard monster of a roof— repaired the hole it left with roofing materials, repaired two rubber roofs,  reconfigured  drainpipes and also unclogged drainpipes.   They showed up on time, were very professional, knew what they were doing, and cleaned up each time before leaving for the day.  It’s always great to find an honest company who does great work. Ryan and his crew were polite and respectful- an all around good experience...
