„Michael Lukatchik says: We reached out to Black Label (and several other roofing businesses) earlier this year. Out of all the businesses we met with, Black Label was the best. They stood out for several reasons: Stan made an effort to meet with us at our house, on our time, and on the weekend. He brought hardware and pamphlets to explain what options were available. We were already interested in a standing seam metal roof. While the remaining businesses told us the reasons why we shouldn't go that route, Stan took the time to hear and understand our vision. Black Label was the only business to provide us with a quote for a standing seam option. The price was affordable and within our range. While it did take some time for Stan's crew to get started, it was worth the wait. The delays were due to us having to wait for other jobs before ours to get completed. There was also a lot of rain earlier this year which may have contributed to the wait. Prior to the work beginning, all of the metal roofing and supplies were delivered in protective wooden crates. Once the project began, Stan's crew showed up promptly on time, every day. Our project contained a lot of cuts and angles and the work was tedious. We regularly observed Stan's crew to make sure they were paying attention to detail and we were not let down. Towards the end of the job, we requested a few changes (one or two scratched panels, some warping in another panel, etc.) Fortunately the issues were contained to one small part of the roof. This is where Stan's excellent customer service shined. He heard our concerns and was prompt in addressing them. After correction, another member of his team did a review of the corrections to ensure that we were satisfied. Post completion, I ended up having to do some cleanup. There were a lot of nails, cuts of metal roofing, etc. However, we have a lot of landscaping and finding those pieces were exceptions and not the norm. We live around a lot of trees, so we needed to wait for the leaves to fall to get good pictures of the roof. Black Label's website explains that they are experts in metal roofing. They are, and we are overly satisfied with the quality, craftsmanship, detail, and personalized customer service from Stan and his team. Travis arrived on-time to discuss what I was looking to do. The idea was to do a complete makeover of the outside of the house since it was dated and looking very worn out. I received the initial quote which actually shocked me, I was given a few different options regarding siding and roofing which varied in price. Due to the quote being great, I asked about adding a covered front porch and they came back again with a fantastic price which met my budget. They beat the other 3 companies I contacted, who actually showed. Travis was fantastic during the initial process with answering my questions at all times of the day including 9:30 PM - 10:00 PM at night. Once everything was agreed, Robin contacted me to say materials would be delivered and about 1 business day later, Jeff and his crew showed and immediately started work. The roofing crew showed at 7:45 AM a little later in the week and were completed by 1:30 PM on the same day (Again, I couldn't believe the speed and determination to complete the job). Bly and others would try to stop by (They had a few different jobs going on in various locations) to make sure everything was going as expected once a day. They helped me out with a few last minute things as well with door replacement, etc... The initial construction of the house was not the best and the Green Rhino team corrected the issues (Wrapping the house and replacing rotted plywood due to construction flaws and sealing large spaces noticed on the outside walls. When Bly come to do the final walk through of the job, he made me feel comfortable and mentioned that if I ever have any concerns or issues in the future about the work that I can contact them. The warranty on the work and materials could not be beaten. When people ask who did the work, I have no hesitation with saying Green Rhino.
