Max was very personable and oversaw our project along with Brian who headed it on site. They did a great job. Looks good, straight, and with great colors to choose from! "I would like to start with, that the work that was done was “impeccable” in my opinion as there was extreme attention to detail. The process from start to finish was professional and informative throughout, with having a project manager (Bill) on site to address any concerns that arise which was a plus and was very easy to work with as well as with (Juan) who did the estimate and communicated well on what was to be done and was also present throughout the installation for any concerns. I found their pricing was extremely reasonable considering what I received. They even went above and beyond what my contracted estimate was (I.e. add’l ridge vents added that wasn’t included) simply because they felt it was needed. I mean who does that. They even put round shingle caps on top of the nails of the last roofing cap shingles. Again, attention to detail. Rest assured you will get the job done RIGHT.!! The price I paid was fair and the quality was obvious especially when we looked at the skilled staff members working on our property and how efficient they were. They use quality and insured materials. We even bought them a pizza lunch. Clean up met our expectations my a few pieces of debris on the driveway and bushes. We kept our schedule and even agreed on an alternative day because of the extreme heat and rainfall. The team, project manager, and Jeff arrived on time and worked meticulously to complete the project in one day. I appreciate the efforts taken to protect our home and plants from the debris and to clean our yard afterwards. It was thoughtful of Jeff to cover our indoor furniture in preparation for the skylight replacements. We were impressed with North Star providing us with a link to view before, during, and after pictures. Eric followed up with us when the project was completed and did a final sweep through to look for any leftover nails. The only negative we have is the debris in our garage from the roof replacement.
