The technician seemed knowledgeable and did a great job fixing our problem but BE WARNED — their hourly rate is $300/hr. Good for them that they can get that, but my issue is that the tech did not disclose this before starting work, nor did he communicate about the cost of parts he needed to buy. The invoice simply said “$575 for parts and labor.” It required a call to the owner to discover the $300/hr rate and cost of parts. The online estimate for a broken diverter switch was $150-$300, so $575 was quite a shock...

Second, my 80 year old mother with health issues, Mike and Zack are professional, courteous, and kind. Responded immediately. Not only is their work top notch, they are just good people. I had the floor in my half-bath replaced. They had to remove the toilet. In putting it back, it began to leak. I called On Point because the had good reviews and were local. They came quickly and solved the problem. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for my plumbing needs...
