Eric paid close attention to what we wanted to prepare a great project for us. When it came to the proposal, unlike other competitors who proposed projects that didn't follow code, North Star provided a detailed and on-point proposal from the get-go. The team, project manager, and Jeff arrived on time and worked meticulously to complete the project in one day. I appreciate the efforts taken to protect our home and plants from the debris and to clean our yard afterwards. It was thoughtful of Jeff to cover our indoor furniture in preparation for the skylight replacements. We were impressed with North Star providing us with a link to view before, during, and after pictures.
