From start to finish, the experience with Ultimate Comfort has exceeded expectations. We had dealt with the company in the past; our furnace stopped working on Christmas Eve 2022; the house was down to 42 degrees. No one would come out, and as a mom of a baby, I was an emotional mess. They sent someone out and got the unit working for us (essentially saving our first Christmas in our home). Fast forward - our AC stopped working. We had a home warranty (terrible, by the way) that wouldn't let us pick the provider, so we weren't able to hire who we preferred. The installation was done in November, so the unit couldn't be tested properly. Fast forward to today - the AC was leaking down from the attic into the landing of the house. The warranty company wouldn't honor "improper" installs so I decided to contact Ultimate Comfort - trusting that they would come out and fix the issue. They were able to squeeze us in and ended up finding an earlier slot to come. We received a phone call letting us know when they were coming and again when they were on their way. We also received a text message with a photo of the service provider, his name, contact information, etc. Both men arrived in marked vans w/ company shirts, they wore shoe covers when they entered our home and were very personable and polite. They walked me through the issues that they found, why it was an issue, how they could fix it, etc. They provided me with a quote before they began work and they stuck to that quote. I would say that they went above and beyond. Little things like filling in a hole where bees were coming into the attic by the drain line and adding a 45 to the bottom of the line to drain the water away from the foundation of the house (they have pride in the work that they are doing). They also fixed A LOT of installation issues that the other company had left. Things were installed backward/improperly, the drain pipe wasn't hooked up to the primary and it was sagging/not securely installed (the man had wrapped a piece of wire around a railing and it was sliding back and forth). Brian also found that our thermostat hadn't been wired to be able to run the unit as a fan, so they fixed that as well. The list goes on and on. I felt very safe with them in the house, they cleaned up after themselves - they left the place looking better than when they arrived, and they were happy to explain EVERYTHING to me as well. Before leaving, they gave me some instructions on how to dry out the water that had leaked, what to do if there was another leak, etc. I went from being extremely paranoid about the work that was done and if the house was "safe" when running the AC to feeling very confident that things were correct. The pricing was very fair and I will be continuing to use them moving forward. They are honest professionals and have proven that they deserve our business on multiple occasions. I would 100% recommend them to friends and family without hesitation...“ Show more
