They were great from the estimate through scheduling to the work day. During the estimate, David answered all of my (many) questions and worked through follow up issues and adjustments with me. The day of work, they had their project manager Rob on site all day, he was friendly, helpful, really went above and beyond and clearly had a good rapport and working relationship with the crew doing the work, which is crucial. I am very satisfied. David Hawkins came out quickly, no over the top high pressure sales tactics, and on top gave a fair price. I got everything I asked for in the contract. Dumpster and materials were all delivered ahead of time. They started early in the morning the day they said they were coming and the entire roof was done in one day. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves too. There was a project manager also named David on site and gave constant updates in the process. The roof looks great and has limited warranty on craftsmanship and 25 year on the shingles from the manufacturer...

McClellands just completed our roof, gutters and soffitt on 10/29 and we are very happy with the results on our house and garage.
The house was built in 1963 so we needed to trust our roofing company.  The salesman Rick was extremely knowledgeable on what we needed and helped us with color combinations etc. Jason the project manager was very personable and really good with his crew. He was there to answer any questions or concerns that we had the whole time. Everything went so smooth and the jobsite was clean when done. I would highly recommend them for any project you may have.

We had a professional and overall good experience with getting new seamless gutters. Had great communication at the estimate without being pushy in the least. The job shows great attention to detail and we felt the pricing was very fair as well. It was also nice that they placed our hooks and other hardware we had drilled into our house back where they were and did a great job cleaning up...
