"I would like to start with, that the work that was done was “impeccable” in my opinion as there was extreme attention to detail. The process from start to finish was professional and informative throughout, with having a project manager (Bill) on site to address any concerns that arise which was a plus and was very easy to work with as well as with (Juan) who did the estimate and communicated well on what was to be done and was also present throughout the installation for any concerns. I found their pricing was extremely reasonable considering what I received. They even went above and beyond what my contracted estimate was (I.e. add’l ridge vents added that wasn’t included) simply because they felt it was needed. I mean who does that. They even put round shingle caps on top of the nails of the last roofing cap shingles. Again, attention to detail. Rest assured you will get the job done RIGHT.!! As an ELITE contractor expect an industry leading warranty on their work and materials in addition to the manufacturers. If you’re in need of a replacement or a new install, give them a call. "There’s so many words to describe my satisfaction with iIn The Light Roofing!!! When I made the inquiry for a roof inspection, I spoke with Louis, who was able to schedule my appointment and a timely manner. He was very professional, friendly, and had put all my concerns regarding the process to ease. Then I received a short video providing the inspector, Juan Reyes.. The day of the inspection, he contacted me to make sure that the time that I was scheduled for would still work for me. He was very patient even though I was a couple minutes behind our scheduled time. He entered into my home, explaining the steps of the inspection and what would be covered under the standard fee. During his visit to my home, I was informed and educated of what my roof was made up and all the materials and components. The inspection was done in the adequate amount of time. When the inspection was over, I was provided with great photos of the areas that are in need of repair/replacement. I am so happy that I chose. This company never felt as though I needed to contact another company for more information or another quote. I was totally satisfied, please and grateful for the services that were provided.
