„Pam Porfeli says: I recently found that I had multiple leaks in the roof of our new home and needed to find a roofing contractor. Since I am new to the area, I ask my friends for recommendations. Most everyone sent me two or three names, but Fahey Roofing was one of the names in every list. I decided that was a pretty strong recommendation and called them. I first ask if our roof could be repaired and the technician checked it out thoroughly. Since we had no idea when the roof was installed, we were hopeful that it could be fixed. It turned out that the roof was quite old and needed replaced. Fahey Roofing promptly sent their employee Daniel to work with us to come up with a plan for the replacement. He brought samples to our home to choose the color and style that worked best for us. He immediately provided an estimate that we found reasonable for the size and scope of the job. With this winter's inclement weather, we were afraid we would have to wait for spring, but they quickly ordered the materials and chose a section of nice days to start the job. The work crew arrived at 7:30 in the morning on the first day and worked until dark. As they were completing the job, they ran into areas of wood that had to be replaced and they seamlessly got the materials and fixed those places. Amazingly, they finished the project in three days. When the job was completed, they cleaned up the area completely. I couldn't even find one roofing nail anywhere. During the completion of the project, they were respectful of our property and the landscaping around our home, protecting it completely. The work crew that was here was so efficient that everyone seemed to know what they were supposed to be doing and they did it. Also, during the course of the project, the tech named Leo came by with a drone each day and took multiple pictures of the project in various stages of completion. He sent those photos to us so that we could always see what was going on with the job. That was very helpful because a lot of our roof was not visible from the ground. After a job of this size, it's amazing that I can say that I don't have a single complaint. Not one! If I had another roofing job to do, I would call them first thing. I certainly don't regret that I didn't get other estimates because I couldn't have been more pleased...“ Show more

„Susan K says: If you are in need of a new roof I highly recommend AR Roofing & Remodeling. From the very first phone call, Albert and his team kept in constant contact all the way through the process of my roof being replaced. It all began with a terrible hail and wind incident in June 2024. The day the insurance adjuster inspected my roof, AR Roofing was also present. Once my insurance company approved a new roof, AR Roofing took over and guided me through the entire process. My roof was scheduled to be replaced September 11 - 13, 2024. Albert from AR Roofing came to my house on 9/8 to removed a couple of fence panels so their lift machine was able to get into my back yard. The dumpster arrived the morning before work began. On Wednesday, his crew arrived and started prepping my home for the new roof. The covered the windows with sheets of lauan plywood, placed tarps over my shrubs and flowers and they even bubble wrapped my vinyl porch railings. The first day they removed the shingles from the front half of my house and by the end of the day, that first half was totally finished. AR Roofing also sent me a link so I could see regular photo updates as the work progressed each day. At the end of first day, the crew cleaned up the mess from the day. Day two, the crew arrived and again prepped the back of my home with the sheets of lauan plywood over the windows and doors, laid tarps over my concrete patio and bubble wrapped the vinyl railing for the basement. They drove their lift machine to the back of my house to catch the shingles as they removed them (Very steep back roof). As it neared the end of the day they were almost completed with the job so they decided to stay and get it finished. By the time they got everything cleaned up it was after 8PM. This morning I went outside to look at the finished roof and it’s absolutely beautiful. AR Roofing does not cut corners and they do a tremendous job. What I can’t get over is how clean my property is. After 50 squares of shingles (15,000 nails) were taken off my roof and another 50 squares of shingles (15,000 nails) were replaced, I only found one nail in a hanging flower basket. The lengths they go to make sure your property is completely free of all debris just blows my mind. As for my fence panels, Albert showed up a little after 8AM and had my fence all back together. If you are in the market for a new roof, I highly recommend you give AR Roofing a call. You won’t be disappointed...“ Show more
