My wife and i thought we had a great roof because we didn't see any leaks. Turns out that wasn't the case, when Val showed me the pictures of the attic we were shocked! We knew it was time to replace it, and Paragon made it easy and painless. The roof was replaced in one day from start to finish and Will did a great job making sure the job was done right. They just completed replacing the entire roof down to the rafters. They are a Veteran Owned and GAF Certified® contractor and take pride in their work. Their professionalism and expertise is evident from the start. The dumpster and all materials were delivered immediately. The crew showed up a short time later, and worked diligently to remove the old roof, down to the rafters, on the first day! They then began installing all new roof decking using all GAF certified materials of the highest quality. They continued on to replace all the gutters and downspouts and added high quality gutter guards to ensure proper protection for many years to come. They did this under the watchful eyes of drones taking videos and still photos which they supplied to us to clearly document the entire process. I am still amazed at the quality and professional job they did, and the time in which they completed the job. The clean up was ongoing as they went, and I couldn't imagine anyone doing better or more professional work. We are so grateful we chose them for this project, and give them our highest recommendation for anyone else seeking to protect and beautify their home for years to come! It is no wonder there are several other neighbors who, having seen their work on our house, have engaged Paragon Exterior for roof replacement on their homes. I think the number is now at 5 ...

We initially found Paragon on the Thumbtack app, where they have GREAT reviews. Typically, these guys do commercial work but they're breaking into residential in the Philadelphia area. I wouldn't even say that we took a gamble, because their commercial work and projects on the Main Line/Jersey are phenomenal. Ownership came to our house personally, given our extensive rodent and water damage on our siding, (which was original to our 1930s row home) to review options/financing/timelines, etc. We had the entire siding replaced on our Fairmount row home, due to the urgency of our exterior damage, which took only 3-4 days total. We initially signed right before the big snowstorms this winter, and the team was communicative even through delays that were NOT their fault - we just had to wait for the bad weather to break in order to start the work. Went with the James Hardie brand exterior, which was only marginally more expensive than the basic vinyl which wouldn’t have given us the full protection we were looking for. Doesn’t hurt that the end product looks phenomenal and will hopefully increase the house’s curb value. The on-site project team, project lead, and company leadership were all really respectful and great about setting expectations up front and communicating updates throughout. They even took a quick (free) look at some leaks we were having on the roof while on site for the inspection before the job. Big shoutout to Val (Co-Owner and siding/exterior lead), Jimmy (Co-Owner and roofing lead), Etai (Project Lead/Manager) and the rest of the team. These guys do great business. We will absolutely be hitting Paragon up for future projects!
