Charles Fogle was able to come out and assess the issue the same day I called, which was a huge relief as many other companies I called either couldn't get out until later in the week or didn't have availability on their schedules at all. When Charles arrived, he looked at the issue from inside first and then used a drone to inspect the roof. He took several pictures that identified quite a few problem areas. There were shingles lifted, misplaced shingles, and nail heads placed in all the wrong places including right in the center of some shingles (see first picture). After discussing the issue with me in depth, he explained their plan to fix the issue and gave me a quoted price. The price was not the least expensive of the quotes I received, but it also wasn't the most expensive. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the assessment and felt confident that Charles and his team would get the issue solved and ensure I wouldn't have any issues in the future with that portion of the roof. I was impressed by their ability to get me on the schedule by the following Monday. The team arrived at about 7:30 am and were completed by 10:30 am. Through the process, Tyson took several pictures with a drone of the progress (picture #2). The team got everything finished and then cleaned up after themselves. There were no signs they were even here after they were gone. It was a pleasure to not need to go out into the yard and pick up roof remnants. The finished product was well done and looks professionally done (picture #3). The next day I was able to access the images they took of the progress. Those images are going to be extremely helpful in dealing with Ryan Homes and possibly a lawyer since our home is only 5 years old. I can't say enough about how professional, helpful and patient Charles and his team were. It was a pleasure working with them throughout the process and they made my life easier by explaining everything to me. The Dynamic Roofing Solutions team were easily accessible and stayed in contact with me before, during and after the project. Unlike other contractors, they were quick to respond to any messages and provided any information I needed quickly. Even after the project completed, they were helpful in getting me all the images I needed. Even the owner reached out to ensure I was satisfied and was willing to answer any additional questions I might have. From the very first phone call, Albert and his team kept in constant contact all the way through the process of my roof being replaced. It all began with a terrible hail and wind incident in June 2024. The day the insurance adjuster inspected my roof, AR Roofing was also present. Once my insurance company approved a new roof, AR Roofing took over and guided me through the entire process. My roof was scheduled to be replaced September 11 - 13, 2024. Albert from AR Roofing came to my house on 9/8 to removed a couple of fence panels so their lift machine was able to get into my back yard. The dumpster arrived the morning before work began. On Wednesday, his crew arrived and started prepping my home for the new roof. The covered the windows with sheets of lauan plywood, placed tarps over my shrubs and flowers and they even bubble wrapped my vinyl porch railings. The first day they removed the shingles from the front half of my house and by the end of the day, that first half was totally finished. AR Roofing also sent me a link so I could see regular photo updates as the work progressed each day. At the end of first day, the crew cleaned up the mess from the day. Day two, the crew arrived and again prepped the back of my home with the sheets of lauan plywood over the windows and doors, laid tarps over my concrete patio and bubble wrapped the vinyl railing for the basement. They drove their lift machine to the back of my house to catch the shingles as they removed them (Very steep back roof). As it neared the end of the day they were almost completed with the job so they decided to stay and get it finished. By the time they got everything cleaned up it was after 8PM. This morning I went outside to look at the finished roof and it’s absolutely beautiful. AR Roofing does not cut corners and they do a tremendous job. What I can’t get over is how clean my property is. After 50 squares of shingles (15,000 nails) were taken off my roof and another 50 squares of shingles (15,000 nails) were replaced, I only found one nail in a hanging flower basket. The lengths they go to make sure your property is completely free of all debris just blows my mind. As for my fence panels, Albert showed up a little after 8AM and had my fence all back together. If you are in the market for a new roof, I highly recommend you give AR Roofing a call. You won’t be disappointed...“ Show more
