The guys from Joyland roofing were absolute professionals from start to finish. We dealt mostly with Jeremy and he was personable, professional, and his communication was outstanding. The crew that came out to do our work were extremely friendly, respectful, and accommodating to our needs. There were only a few minor issues after the installation, and Jeremy came out to take a look. He not only addressed my minor issues, but also found some things that weren't up to his standards and these were taken care of promptly. You might find a roofing contractor that's cheaper, but I know that you will find one that's more expensive too. These guys are absolutely the best value and I would recommend them to anyone...

I've now used Joyland twice and I'm very impressed with their professionalism.  They are extremely responsive and punctual.  When they tell you they will be there at a certain time, they are there at that time.  This is something that a lot of contractors in the area fail at.  Joyland's work has been 100%.  Their prices have been competitive.  But even if not the absolute lowest price, I would pay a few dollars more for reliability and service.  Justin came to my house today and was great.  He made a quick repair on the spot.  I also worked with Jason in the past and he was also great.  All-in-all Joyland is a class act and a very well-run company...

Disclaimer. We have not initiated purchase yet. Sharing experience with sales person & inspection for quote. Justin came exactly when we were told he would arrive. He was very personable and transparent. Justin did not try to push for anything extra like some have during inspections/quotes. His experience/knowledge gave us enough info to base our decisions on for what we need vs what some pushed as a need. Once we compare all of our experiences & price quotes, if there should be competitive numbers requiring who to choose, Joyland would be an easy choice based on this initial experience...
