As with many things in life, you get what you pay for, and I usually go with the company whose quote comes in the middle. However, this time, I chose Supreme Roofing even though they had the highest quote. Knowing that my trustworthy neighbor had previously used their services—and considering the high standards he holds—made me more confident in their quality of work. Supreme Roofing lived up to their reputation, and I was very happy with the results. For reference, when I had my gutters done previously after a hail storm, another completed the job in about three hours total (sub-contractor to the roofing company). In contrast, Noni and his team were meticulous, took their time to do the job right, and kept me informed every step of the way. They sent me progress photos and consulted me on decisions rather than making judgment calls I might not have agreed with. Noni and his team spent about double the time the other contractors did, ensuring the work was done to the highest standard. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly set them apart. Supreme Roofing is a local company, and I believe they operate in a way that shows they have a vested interest in making sure their customers are completely satisfied. They are the complete opposite of storm chasers—no aggressive sales tactics, no cutting corners, just honest, high-quality work. I also have to give a special thank you to Noni for his service after the sale. My son accidentally knocked a ball into the gutter, and it got stuck in a downspout. Noni personally came over today to remove it and didn’t even charge me a service fee. That kind of dedication and customer care is rare these days.
