The process from bidding to completion was very enjoyable with the outcome nothing short of amazing as you can see from the pictures. From the very beginning of the process, we could see that Ben and his company were much different that the response that we received from some local companies that we asked to bid. Not only did we want to have our dilapidated small deck replaced and upgraded, we also wanted a small area in the rear re-graded due to rain water runoff issues and removal of unsightly pavers to a concrete area. Ben did not blink an eye with these requests and even made suggestions during the project construction. Other companies either didn't want to do everything that we wanted, or did not include all items in their bid---one company ghosted us after visiting our home and looking at the tasks involved. But Ben and WilLine really stepped up and provided drawings of their proposal so that we could get a visual idea of what their finished product would look like. Our process started in the fall of 2023, and we were in no hurry to have this completed. We gave WilLine a late winter to early spring starting estimate and it fit perfectly into their schedule. WilLine started the porch near the end of February. WilLine's crew was professional and very dedicated. They were very careful not to disturb any area in our rear yard that was not necessary. They arrived promptly each workday and put in full days. The amount of work and progress each day was amazing. WilLine used quality materials and their efforts as a team could be compared to a well oiled machine. Ben would visit our site regularly, keeping us informed of the progress and what to expect next in our project. After the porch was completed, the picture was completed with new concrete (even a new tie-in sidewalk to our pool) and then landscaping that included Sod and new stone to spruce up our rear yard. The difference between the beginning look and the final look of our rear yard is amazing. The value of what WilLine did for us was much more than the price we paid. I would be proud to show off our new screened porch to anyone who is looking for a contractor for their own project. I will recommend WilLine Builders to anyone here in Delaware who asks about our porch. The distance to us here in Middletown DE did not make a difference to them and we are glad that it didn't...“ Show more
