Reached out to Planet Roof as my roof was 20+ years old.  We were having leaking issues which prompted further investigation.   I spoke directly to Adam at Planet Roof to get more than one free estimate.  Our first estimate he even offered to temporarily mend the portion of the roof where it was leaking.   Of course I was shopping around for different quotes.  Ultimately decided to go with Adam and Planet Roof due to their quick and prompt responses on top of their very competitive quote.  Adam was able to squeeze me in within 1 to 2 weeks of me giving the go ahead. Patch work, bathroom ventilation install, shingle installation, and new gutters and downspouts was a 2 day process.  Shout out to the foreman, Manning, for his friendly attitude and thorough explanations to the questions we had while they were onsite for the job.  Even did some patch work on our small back door roof we had.  Highly recommend Adam and the team at Planet Roof.  Couldn't be any happier with their service and professionalism...

The whole Planet Roof experience was excellent.   The Planet Roof team was so informative with the entire process from showing us the damage on the roof, to material selection, and to the final finishes.  We have a very large roof and were informed as to when the dumpster and materials would be delivered.  Once delivered the team removed our old roof, cleaned up and put on the new roof in only two days.  Very efficient.  Also with having over 35,000 old nails being ripped off of the old roof, I was only able to find four or five that were missed during the clean up.  Very impressed!!...

I had the BEST experience with Jordan and everyone I encountered at Planet Roof! Jordan was super helpful through every step of the process, especially for a first time roof buyer. He let me know what to expect and followed up timely to keep things on track. In addition, I received emails and calls from other folks at Planet Roof along the way, always providing friendly service with detailed communications. They brought a dumpster and dropped off supplies the day before the job and the dumpster was picked up the day after, just like they said. The crew was here early, as they planned to be, and completed the entire house and detached garage before 5! Highly recommend the Planet Roof team and Jordan...
