"While we had fierce winds before Christmas, 2024, I was not worried about my roof. Liberty Roofing Pros replaced my roof in August, 2023. They completed the job in less than two days. "I met up with Jim Kelly when we had wind damage in April that left a-lot of damages. The house and separate garage roof both needed replaced as well as various other smaller damages Such as the flashing on the house etc. Jim came out and checked out the damages via a drone👍🏼,so I felt confident with there recommendations Aubree also contacted my insurance company to share their findings with them in hopes of them paying for more of the damages. Which I appreciated. Then on installation day Dan and hisTeam showed up bright and early saying they would be done by 4.30PM that day! What two roofs in one day!plus replacing damaged wood that needed replaced and doing all of the other small jobs( flashing etc.). Well they finished up around 7:30 instead but they did they managed to get everything done in 1 day. Dan and his team were very friendly& respectful as was Jim. "Liberty roofing pros did an amazing job on my roof. We switched from a shingle roof that was 45 years old to a brand new metal roof. Liberty roof replaced rotting fascia boards and replaced bad roof panels and then expertly installed the metal roof. It looks amazing and it was nice because they are a local company and it didn’t feel like one of those big corporate companies with pushy sales and sketchy installers. Liberty roof was a hometown company for sure I would highly recommend."

"A few weeks ago Jim Kelly came out with his drone and took pictures, assured me his guys were top notch, and put us on the schedule... and then it rained and rained. It rained until yesterday. I was expecting another rain delay because it is a spring with record rain and flooding in PA where the weather report is as reliable as my ex girlfriend. So I was more than pleased when a crew showed up this morning, props to Dan the project manager, well prepared, working diligently for the next ten hours, until my roof was finished. These guys know their stuff. They worked very fast when it was appropriate and took extra time and attention where it was needed, like flashing around the chimney. Replaced wood, shingled three separate roofs on my house, full cleanup, the works, great price and photo updates on progress as it's happening. They made it look like my unique house is one they have fixed a hundred times. Can't really ask for more."

McClellands came through as we had hoped. Brooke and Jason are THE best to work with! They were straight forward, easy to work with, and delivered on their promises. "We had three roofing companies come out to give us a quote. After having a lengthy and educational discussion with Brock McClelland, we decided to go with McClellands Contracting and Roofing. Brock talked about the proper method of having a roofing system installed and not just replacing shingles. We had an attic fan that was no longer working and requested a ridge vent to be installed in its place. Unknowingly, we thought the ridge vent would solve the problem of having excessive heat on the second floor and in the attic. Brock pointed out that the soffit wasn't open to the attic space, resulting in zero airflow. With their system, they would install intake vents about 2-3 feet from the gutters to allow fresh air to enter and then exit out the ridge vent. Brock also recommended sealing off the gable vents so any air coming in those access points wouldn't dirty up the airflow. Rob Stevens, our Project Manager, was awesome. He contacted us to set up a day and time that worked for us, had his crew on-site at 7:00am, thoroughly reviewed the project, double checked that all of the materials were delivered including the correct shingles, and suggested painting the roof vent pipes and chimney cap so they matched the flashing and drip edges. The crew worked hard all day in some extreme temperatures. They protected the property from debris, cleaned up like they were never there, and replaced yard decorations and landscape lighting. If that wasn't good enough, Rob returned the next morning and personally wiped down the gutters to give that final touch to complete the job. All of that being said, if you are looking for a respectful, responsible, detail focused, knowledgeable, and hard-working company and team to work on you next project, we would HIGHLY recommend McClellands Contracting and Roofing. You will not be disappointed."

"The Malick Brothers were very easy to communicate with from the start. We had a some what difficult project as our deck was a raised deck & we wanted a roof to go over it. While we had other contractors come to look at the project, only one other company was willing to take on the job, at a much higher price, due to its complexity. This was not even an issue for Zach or Ryan Malick as they knew they could get the job done. The crew that did the work was lead by Wes, who was very skilled in completing the project as if the roof was always there. He & his crew showed up, cleaned up & did the job exceeding our expectations. We would highly recommend using the Malick Brothers. We are very happy with the finished results. "This is a glowing review for Ryan Malick and his business. There's nothing I like less than having to learn something I don't want to learn. After receiving unsatisfactory estimates from four roofing and siding companies, I knew more about the "anatomy of a roof" than some of them. My husband and I were struggling to make a decision, so we decided get one more quote since we've seen the Malick Brothers signs around our neighborhood. We said that we wouldn't tell them what we want - we would see if they would propose what we knew we needed based on what we had learned. "Malick Brothers Roofing was great to work with. They came out to the project location promptly when initially contacted and they provided a very detailed no-pressure comparable free estimate. They contacted the Boro dept directly and got the necessary permit required for this project. The roof replacement job was completely in just 1 and 1/2 days. Throughout the project Malick Brothers provided ongoing updates via a company cam link that included pictures and videos to see the ongoing process of the project. A project manager was onsite throughout the process to ensure everything ran smoothly, to provide ongoing updates, and to notify customer should any issue arise. They were very respectful of the property site by putting down tarps, and utilizing a dumpster, etc. to catch debris and protect the exterior of my property. They cleaned up the work areas throughly afterwards. I definitely recommend Malick Brothers for any of your roofing needs!"

"Unfortunately, I cannot leave more than 5 stars, you deserve 500 starts, thank you so much Brendon and Clint. I was trying to install new roof more than 7 months, met a lot of roofers and heard a lot of promises, even managed to schedule with 2 companies that canceled the job on last minutes (installation day). I had no idea what can be done and we (me and my wife) started to think to demo the property since the roof was really in bad shape and nothing can be done about it... "We used Always Perfect for a full roof replacement. This included installing new vents, skylight, gutters, and a complete re-decking. Zach was fantastic to work with. Our project had a few small curveballs, but he handled them really well and we couldn’t be happier."

"We had a company completely screw up our roof (shingle over flat which is deranged behavior, bad lay job, no rake edge, poor flashing, didn’t replace damaged wood etc) and Always Perfect came through to replace our front portion (nothing on the back end could really be screwed up). I got a fair price in comparison to other well respected contractors and everything was handled professionally, honest, and with plenty of relevant communication. They took their time to do the shingles, rubber portions, and drip edge the right way. They were honest about a brick chimney that needs to be removed and made sure it was waterproofed until that could be handled. He was able to build a custom cap and install it for a reasonable rate. Throughout the process he was communicative about costs and timing. "Dynamic roofing made my roofing and siding project about as easy as they come, and it was no small feat. From the product selection process, the overall job execution, all the way down to the billing, everything was communicated clearly to me and honestly, it was just a breeze. And I really liked the fact they had more than one roofing and siding product to select from, unlike a lot of contractors I talked to who only offered specific products. My project started with a projected scope of work that seemed simple enough, but some curveballs were thrown the crews way pretty quickly when they had to deal with someone else’s bad work previously done to the house.
