I always say, you can bet on hearing "the bad" but when things go well you often hear nothing. In this case I have to rave about this company that did everything RIGHT. Fantastic family, fantastic crew and very professional. I am a person who goes on intuition and everything I experienced and felt about this project and company was spot on. Anyone out there contemplating on who to select as your roofing company... You can stop now. You found them. Completed the job in one day, surroundings were tarped and well cared for, the debris was hauled out immediately... I'm astounded by how awesome everything looks. They stand by their word and if you have any concerns at all, they will address them. Thank you so much for everything...

If you are looking for a company that won't finish the work, will leave a mess, give you the run around, and avoid your calls, this is the company for you. A year and a half ago we paid them to put a metal roof on our house. They said it has a thirty year warranty. Not sure how that's supposed to work out when they never finished off the job, won't answer our calls, and won't show up for multiple appointments over many months. While working they dropped stuff off the roof nearly hitting the toddler next door. And tried to pile supplies on top of my flower bed. Once done things looked fine, from a distance. We cleaned up the obvious messes they left but then started finding nails and sharp metal cuttings left all around our house. Later we started looking closer at their work and found large areas of the roof exposed and not protected by the metal roof. Including leaving a gutter downspout aimed directly at the old wood roof instead of directed on top of the metal roof. We started calling them but suddenly no one knew how to answer a phone. We had to climb up there and attempt to patch some of the massive flaws just to keep animals out and try to hold off the damage that is being done to the wood underneath. First slightly windy day and a whole section of roof came loose and started flapping around! We keep trying to contact them. When we can finally get them to answer (usually only after threatening to make known how bad of a job they did) they'll claim they'll come out to fix it. Except no one shows. Someone came out once and admitted it needed to be fixed but they still won't do it. More than a year of giving them chances and time and still no one will come finish the job. We've been far to nice. Time to alert the Better Business Bureau. And now they are threatening us for leaving a bad review...

HHI Roofing was amazing! Very professional, very easy to work with and their pricing was great. They were very responsive and answered any questions I had. They finished my roof in one day and it looks great! Very happy with my new roof and would highly recommend HHI to anyone looking for a new roof...

Ken Hill and his crew did a fantastic job on our new roof. He went above and beyond - literally (due to a mistake on my part). He just wanted to make sure I was happy and satisfied with work. I would recommend him and his crew for your next roofing job...
