The Schuler staff is very friendly, professional, and thorough. Any phone calls were handled efficiently. Our master bathroom was remodeled and the process, the technicians, especially Brian, Mike (the tiler), and Joshua were proficient, courteous and timely. They did their best to avoid messing the rest of the home and outdoors. The sequence of jobs was very organized. Noah arrived on time. Was very professional. He explained the service he was going to perform and the cost. He removed my broken Grohe faucet and replaced it with a new Moen faucet without any problems. What a great sound when I heard running water in my kitchen sink. No more doing dishes in the basement. We needed a plumber and we needed it fast. Schuler has a5 star rating so we called them.. they were so professional and caring on the phone I knew I was in good hands. They send a picture of who was coming and he arrived within the hour. Brian Dreisigmeyer was so courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He worked very hard to get our pipe unclogged!! Jason came over to work on several bathroom and leak issues. After thorough checking he discovered that the toilet wasn't the problem but that a pipe was causing a major leak causing water to drip in my laundry room. He explained exactly what the cost of his visit would be so I wouldn't have surprises. While he was there he also fixed my kitchen faucet and he made sure to wipe off everything after he was done.
