Honest and accurate estimate not padded because of your zip code like nearly all Portland contractors. The analysis of my roof was far better than the other 3 estimates I acquired. On time and completed the work ahead of schedule. Excellent sparkling cleanup after all work was done. Friendly, engaging, and trustworthy. Highly recommended!...

Andrew, our estimator, was extremely responsive, flexible, and efficient.  The entire process was new to me, having never had a roof redone.  All of the variables were spelled out and the crew, especially project manager Kevin, were really, really efficient, neat, polite, and excellent workers. Aaron and Carson have built a first-class business, and it’s been impressive to watch them continue to grow their services while staying deeply committed to both their clients and their employees.

Most recently, we hired Peak Performance Roofing for a roof and gutter cleaning, and the experience was outstanding. Antonio was our technician, and we couldn’t be happier with his work. The gutters were thoroughly cleaned, the roof was treated, and he even replaced a few shingles that needed attention. Just as impressive was how spotless everything was when he finished—no mess left behind.
