Honest and accurate estimate not padded because of your zip code like nearly all Portland contractors. The analysis of my roof was far better than the other 3 estimates I acquired. I’ve owned 4 homes and have had 3 roofs installed. Peak Performance did an excellent job on my home. From the estimate to clean up it was superb. They were efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced. Communication is important to me and Kevin was keeping me abreast of what was happening.
