If you are looking for top-tier roofing services, I cannot speak highly enough of Peak Performance Roofing.
From the moment Andrew, the estimator, arrived to inspect and assess our roof, his expertise was undeniably evident. Just by examining the state of our shingles, he immediately diagnosed exactly what the project required. His keen eye for detail, and consummate professionalism set a trust for the entire process.
Once the work began, our project manager, Kevin, took the helm to oversee the full scope of the job—a complete roof replacement, new gutters, and skylight installations. Kevin is incredibly knowledgeable, extremely professional, and was consistently responsive to all our questions and needs. Knowing how crucial proper drainage is for Portland weather, he even helped us design a new gutter system that is significantly easier to clean and maintain. The entire project was executed exactly according to plan and finished well ahead of schedule. I genuinely believe Kevin is the most efficient and effective project manager in his field.
The roofing crew also deserves massive praise. They worked tirelessly and delivered exceptional craftsmanship. What really stood out was their commitment to keeping the job site organized and pristine. They meticulously picked up every broken shingle and even went out of their way to clean up trash and debris that had drifted into our neighbor's backyard during the tear-off phase.
I highly recommend Peak Performance Roofing to all my friends and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future....

Peak Performance Roofing recently reroofed five buildings in our condominium community. We expected to use another company that we had previous experience with and trusted, but they couldn’t match Peak’s pricing. From start to finish, every person I dealt with at Peak was, without exception, courteous, professional and genuinely seemed to care about doing their part well. Several residents in our community commented on how impressed they were with how efficient, hard working and nice the crew members were. The job was well organized, communication happened where it needed to, and the whole process ran smoothly from start to finish. If I reached out, Joey or Carson usually took my calls immediately. If they couldn’t, they let me know when they would be available and followed up in a timely manner, almost always the same day. Time after time my questions/concerns were taken seriously and met with intelligent, knowledgeable and detailed responses, followed up by action where appropriate. This gave me confidence that they cared about delivering high quality workmanship. Something else I found rare and impressive was that nobody ever passed the buck. Everyone took responsibility for their part of the process. The customer service we received and the sense of pride Peak took in delivering a job well done was to a level of excellence that I don’t often see anymore, and quite frankly miss. As a board member trying to effectively meet the needs of my community, I felt like Peak Performance Roofing made it as easy as possible. We have beautiful new roofs and I feel confident they will last a long time. They were a pleasure to work with and I hope to have them back in the near future for the rest of our roofing and siding projects!...

We recently had the roof on our home replaced and the experience was top notch!  From start to finish they were extremely professional, responsive to our questions and needs, punctual and honest. Andrew, our estimator, was extremely responsive, flexible, and efficient.  The entire process was new to me, having never had a roof redone.  All of the variables were spelled out and the crew, especially project manager Kevin, were really, really efficient, neat, polite, and excellent workers.  The whole process went very well and we are delighted with the results. Highly recommend Peak Performance for every reason I can think of!...
