Honest and accurate estimate not padded because of your zip code like nearly all Portland contractors. The analysis of my roof was far better than the other 3 estimates I acquired. I’ve owned 4 homes and have had 3 roofs installed. Peak Performance did an excellent job on my home. From the estimate to clean up it was superb. They were efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced. Communication is important to me and Kevin was keeping me abreast of what was happening. They finished on time and were very respectful of my property. If you need a new roof, this company is the one for you...

We recently had our roof  replaced using Peak Performance Roofing.
We can't say enough about how great of an experience it was. Our bid came back better than we expected, the roofing crew were on task the whole time, getting our roof done in 2 days. Our project manager took care of everything, right down to having the porta potty and dumpster delivered and removed. Very professional work, cleaned up each day and did a walk thru inspection on the roof once completed as well as making sure everything was cleaned up. Highly recommend this company, a real pleasure to work with...
