Rich went above and beyond. First of all, communication was A+. Initial phone call was very comforting. I felt like his company cared. All follow up phone calls were excellent. I was able to get Rich to come out on short notice with what I deemed to be an emergency situation. I had a major water leak in my back yard, coming from an old sprinkler system from years ago. All I needed to do was find out where the sprinkler system shut off valve was, but that would be no easy task. It was buried under landscaping from years ago. I felt like I had little or no chance to find out where the valve was and I would have to have my ground dug up or worse. Come to find out the valve had been on ever since I moved to the property in 2016 and I just didn’t know it. What a nightmare. Water bill may have been high because of this valve being turned on for all these years. Long story short, Rich was able to find out where the sprinkler valve shut off was through his knowledge and know how. It was like magic. He found out where the sprinkler valve shut off was and we turned it off. I felt so relieved that this nightmare was over. Then I had Rich go into my home and fix a frost free spigot for me that I initially had a difficult time dealing with. Rich came in way under the amount that a former plumbing service was going to charge me. Let’s just say Rich saved the day and I have my peace of mind back. Not to mention, I can take a shower, wash my hands and use my toilet now. Two days with no water and I was starting to get pretty irritated. But everything is back to normal thanks to Rich. When my warranty company will not cover plumbing issues, I will definitely be going to Rich and Reynolds Electric and Plumbing from now on. You have won a new customer for Life. Noah at Reynolds Plumbing arrived on time, was very personable, answered all my questions and offered to look over all the house plumbing. He looked over the toilet to be replaced and provided me with a bid and a timeframe for completion. I accepted the bid and he then completed the task efficiently.
