Priority One is top-notch. Their technicians are always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Today, Kenny took the time to explain in detail how a certain part works to better help me make an informed decision on whether or not to replace it at this time or to wait. He also included detailed notes in his report for my husband to review later. Most helpful! Several years ago, the owner, Mark, came himself to repair our system when the AC went out during the hottest time of the year. He ended up having to use a part from a brand new system in order to do so, but he made sure ours was working. I never write reviews, but I am taking time today because I so highly recommend this company...

The quality of service was very good. From the moment I called priority one, the phone operator was very helpful in providing information related to the requested services and when first availability would be. They clearly explained what would be provided during the appointment and how much it would cost. During the appointment, the technician was very friendly, personable and explained thoroughly what he would be doing and what parts of the home they would need access to. They even notified me of a service option that allowed me to save a little bit of money on upcoming service appointments and parts and labor. Techs showed up timely following a phone call notifying time of their arrival. Got right to work, solve the problem quickly with minimal disruption. Cary arrived upon completion and the team checked system out. All was good. They even caulked the vent and painted the pvc pipe black to blend with other vents...
