Scott's analysis of my situation was impressive as he was most knowledgeable and identified the issues with two recommended corrective options. Mike, the residential salesperson was also involved in discussion the corrective actions and was most helpful. While I am considering the options, I have received thorough written proposals for the corrective options. After the two professionals left, I have received phone calls to further discuss any questions I have along with further details of the two options. Just had a great experience with Steve Musick who was our technician for today. We lost cooling capacity a couple days ago. It’s was cooling but the fan speed was lower than expected and the temp not very cool. Despite having issues with Jack Nelson’s automated online scheduling not booking us a tech for the appointment window, he arrived as fast as he could once assigned. Steve patiently listened to my layman’s simple diagnosis of frozen coils, low fan speed, and history of repairs. He then went right to work! After refilling some Freon and testing for stability (not to mention upping the fan speed that was set incorrectly on the motherboard on a previous repair) the system was back to working as designed!
