"I was at my wits end with roofing companies, but I'm glad I heard Dillon out when he knocked on my door. Dillon was professional, courteous, and friendly from the moment we met. We have been battling our insurance company for over two years trying to get our roof replaced, and have met with a dozen or so roofing companies who all made promises, but never followed through. Icon went way above and beyond my expectations. When I spoke with the insurance company, after the initial inspection, Dillon was on the phone with us, and handled 90% of the details. He was also with us when the adjuster came out, and made sure to point out/correct items the adjuster either missed, or failed to acknowledge. When it came time to discuss numbers, Dillon really listened to our concerns, and never came off as a salesman. He brought in Brad who was equally professional and compassionate to our situation. Not once during the entire process did I ever feel pressured to use their services, but we're certainly happy we did. Their crew arrived on-time, and I was blown away with how efficient they were. Everyone that was on my roof was friendly and always smiling. They finished the job in one day, but what impressed me the most (aside from the beautiful new roof) was that every person on the crew spent 30-45 minutes after the roof was done, picking up nails, and small bits of trash, not only from my yard, but where the wind had blown paper into my neighbors yard. I wish I could give more than 5 stars here, and will 100% recommend Icon to anyone looking for a new roof or household construction projects."
