What can I say… let them do their thing because not only are they there to protect your home but incredibly professional.
1) no pushy sales- so no baloney stuff made up
2) transparency- always communicating and there for your roofing project- even after hours called to make sure we’re doing okay
3) they WORK WITH YOU on whatever your budget and goals are. Just talk to Eric about it and he’ll dig on it for you.

Eric handled absolutely everything and more. Call icon. Let them do what they do. They were out 3 times for my concerns over 2 years and always told me whether I needed help or not. Even got additional quotes and they were just incredible. Eric… thank you so much. And tell anyone who asks that I’m a reference for your roofing work. Icon is absolutely ICONIC at roofing...

I was at my wits end with roofing companies, but I'm glad I heard Dillon out when he knocked on my door. Dillon was professional, courteous, and friendly from the moment we met. We have been battling our insurance company for over two years trying to get our roof replaced, and have met with a dozen or so roofing companies who all made promises, but never followed through.

Icon went way above and beyond my expectations. When I spoke with the insurance company, after the initial inspection, Dillon was on the phone with us, and handled 90% of the details. He was also with us when the adjuster came out, and made sure to point out/correct items  the adjuster either missed, or failed to acknowledge.

When it came time to discuss numbers, Dillon really listened to our concerns, and never came off as a salesman. He brought in Brad who was equally professional and compassionate to our situation. Not once during the entire process did I ever feel pressured to use their services, but we're certainly happy we did.

Their crew arrived on-time, and I was blown away with how efficient they were. Everyone that was on my roof was friendly and always smiling. They finished the job in one day, but what impressed me the most (aside from the beautiful new roof) was that every person on the crew spent 30-45 minutes after the roof was done, picking up nails, and small bits of trash, not only from my yard, but where the wind had blown paper into my neighbors yard.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars here, and will 100% recommend Icon to anyone looking for a new roof or household construction projects...

Eric and the rest of the Icon staff did an awesome job coordinating, installing, and following up on our roofing job and other repairs. They made the entire experience easy by walking us through the process, maintaining regular contact, and ensuring all work was completed thoroughly and timely. Would recommend Icon Roofing to anyone in need of such services...
