Our experience with them involved a complex task of replacing a ductile iron drain line leak running beneath our kitchen floor, and rebuilding all the plumbing under the kitchen sink. This review highlights the exemplary workmanship, efficient service, and excellent communication provided by the Maston’s team. From the outset, Maston’s Plumbing and Drain demonstrated their commitment to excellence. The project involved locating and removing the original kitchen drain line, which had been installed in 1962. Complicating matters, the entire kitchen subfloor area rested above a nuclear bomb shelter. Despite this unique challenge, the team, led by Cale, Chris, and Tom, tackled the job with precision and professionalism. The initial estimate for the project was 1.5 to 2 days, and to our amazement, the Maston’s team completed the entire job in just under 10 hours. Three teams worked seamlessly together to ensure a swift and efficient process. This was particularly impressive given the complexity of the task and the unforeseen challenges that often accompany plumbing projects. One of the most commendable aspects of Maston’s service was their attention to communication. Throughout the project, Cale, Chris, and Tom consistently kept us informed about their progress, providing valuable insights and recommendations. Their dedication to transparency and customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. A special mention goes to Cale, who not only managed the plumbing project efficiently but also accommodated a last-minute request to replace an outside hydrant susceptible to freezing. Remarkably, this additional task was completed on the same day as the kitchen drain line replacement, showcasing Maston’s commitment to going above and beyond for their customers. The before-and-after photos we provided aptly reflect the high quality of Maston’s work. UPDATE 8/21/24 I contacted Maston's via text message early this morning to report that the filtered water spigot had come loose from the top of the sink. They had originally completed a full plumbing overhaul of our 1962 system, as noted in my earlier review. At 8:05 AM, I received a call from Ava, who efficiently handled the situation. Minutes later, I got a text from her indicating that the plumber would arrive within the hour. I then received a text message with a link to track the plumber, Chris (the manager), on a live map interface as he headed to our house.
