The initial estimate for the project was 1.5 to 2 days, and to our amazement, the Maston’s team completed the entire job in just under 10 hours. Three teams worked seamlessly together to ensure a swift and efficient process. This was particularly impressive given the complexity of the task and the unforeseen challenges that often accompany plumbing projects. One of the most commendable aspects of Maston’s service was their attention to communication. Throughout the project, Cale, Chris, and Tom consistently kept us informed about their progress, providing valuable insights and recommendations. Minutes later, I got a text from her indicating that the plumber would arrive within the hour. I then received a text message with a link to track the plumber, Chris (the manager), on a live map interface as he headed to our house.
