I recently had my roof replaced by West Bay Construction, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The team was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Westbay was very professional and responsive. I needed to get the roof done in a timely manner and at particular time and they were able to meet that. Chris kept me updated along the way from the quote stage to the actual replacement stage and updated me promptly on any issues that they had during that process. Our 50-year-old house had been re-roofed once before, but shingles were in bad shape. We needed a complete tear-off of both old layers, along with replacement of a number of decking panels underneath.
Chris Yonish came out to our house with samples and detailed literature describing our options, along with estimates for each. He explained everything clearly and answered many questions about this large project. Although we got other estimates, we chose WestBay because the presentation and follow up made us feel confident in the organization, the materials to be used, and the process. Chris’s communication with us throughout the entire project was excellent. He was onsite when the workers arrived, to ensure that everything was right. The job was completed in one day, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. We are very pleased with the outcome...
