Work with me for best options before quoting.
Much damage found and shown to me and offered a better deal than first quote because original quote would have been much more expensive.

Our 50-year-old house had been re-roofed once before, but shingles were in bad shape. We needed a complete tear-off of both old layers, along with replacement of a number of decking panels underneath.
Chris Yonish came out to our house with samples and detailed literature describing our options, along with estimates for each. He explained everything clearly and answered many questions about this large project. Although we got other estimates, we chose WestBay because the presentation and follow up made us feel confident in the organization, the materials to be used, and the process. Chris’s communication with us throughout the entire project was excellent. He was onsite when the workers arrived, to ensure that everything was right. The job was completed in one day, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. We are very pleased with the outcome....

At a very crucial time, West Bay Construction was a lifesaver. During a very windy time, snow expected the next night,  part of my roof flipped over to the front of my house while damaging other parts of my roof. West Bay actually answered their phone, owner,  Ben. This was a late Friday call and the help and advice I received was so welcoming. He sent someone out the next day to renail down that portion and  covered it with a tarp. After another High Alert windy day, the tarp was loosened in several places and West Bay sent someone pretty quick once again to put me at ease. This was very stressful but I knew I was in good hands.

I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful Chris was during the whole process and especially the  insurance coverage. Chris handled all that which was a huge relief. He was so good with communication, suggestions, service and so very patient. Thank you Chris!!

Working with Ben and Chris was like I had known them already. Truly, the best. You can tell they want nothing but the best for you and I would recommend their services. They were very understanding about my questions and honored my requests if needed. God's Blessings to both of you and to your company. Thank you for your patience and caring attitude. We had West Bay replace all of our gutters and downspouts. They were great to work with through the quoting process, very professional and quick to respond. Despite all of the rain we’re getting this spring, they were able to schedule the work shortly after we signed. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and was friendly in conversation. The finished product looks great - total facelift to our house!...
