We had estimates done and Sean was thorough in all his information and suggestions. It was easy to select this company. Work was done in the time frame mentioned. They came and were extremely competent, hard working and did a fantastic job finishing our roof in 1 day. Jonathan [ground supervisor] came to us often and asked us if we had any questions and addressed a concern we had. Clean up at the end of project was terrific. Can't say enough good things about this job...

My experience with Sean Van Dyke and Franciscus Roofing was great. My first experience with Sean Van Dyke, project manager, was about five years ago when I stopped by their office before 8:00 am to ask if someone could look at my roof. Even though Sean was the only one there before they opened, he was kind enough to look at my roof for me. He told me my roof did not need to replaced. For the next five years I asked him if he would look at my roof and each time he came out he said I didn't need a roof. Then when the hail storm came in July of 2023, the first person I thought of was Sean Van Dyke and Franciscus Roofing. Sean could have sold me a roof at any point the previous five years but was honest and didn't sell me a roof I didn't need. So when I did need a roof because of the hail storm, the first person I thought of was Sean because of his honesty. I also needed some siding because of the storm and worked with Sean getting the work done. Because of my schedule I had to change my dates for the different projects several times and each time Franciscus worked with me. Sean would return my many calls even after working hours. Sean's crews - the roofers, siding guys, gutter guys, gutter screen person were all great. You couldn't ask for a better project manager than Sean Van Dyke...

I just had my roof replaced by Franciscus Roofing. The crew did an amazing job ! Once the job was completed they did an excellent clean up and left everything as it was before they started. Excellent service! I called in the middle of a tornado and someone answered to take my call to replace shingles that had come off during the storm. Soon after, I received a message to schedule an estimate. Estimate was to my linking. Repair work was done and technician was polite and so easy to work with. So impressed I was able to get the repair done easily. Everyone I worked with was professional and informative. Will definitely recommend and use when I need a roof replacement. Thank you...
