I've hired them twice.   Once for a capacitator for my AC and the other time for a mother-board on my furnace.   They came over in a timely manner and the techs are friendly.     Their prices are very high, though.    $275 for the capacitator (with installation) and $975 for the mother-board with installation.   I got screwed.   I'll never call them again!   The owner responded by saying 'I never  realized all that went into the price and felt it was more than fair'.  I never said that.   He's simply lying...

Nothing like coming home from a vacation and finding out that the AC decided to take a vacation too! Especially when it’s a zillion degrees outside.  We had almost given up hope that our antique system could be repaired, but TropiCool Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing had the parts on the truck and Chad worked hard doing the repair to get us in the comfort zone!  Amazing
