I worked with Thomas Buena and he was very professional  throughout the entire process of getting my roof replaced. He explained how the process would go from start to finish once a decision was made. At no point did I feel the pressure to make a decision. I had a few quotes from other companies and it appeared that they just wanted to make the money without going over any options. After working with Thomas and reviewing all of my options available, the insurance claims adjusters agreed with the findings and I was able to get full coverage for the roof. The roof looks great and I would definitely recommend Schottenstein Roofing company as an option when considering a new roof...

Thomas was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the details of preparing quote and working with the insurance company to get full coverage for roof replacement. He has been available every step of the way throughout the process ! The new roof is beautiful. All the workers deserve a 5 star rating but especially Thomas ! I wanted to provide an update because all the wood on the roof had to be replaced and the insurance company said it was wear and tear and not covered. Thomas worked extra hard to show the wood damaged caused by the damaged roof and the insurance company agreed to pay! Once again thanks Thomas for your diligence in saving us thousands of dollars! Great job!...

Amazing job installing my new roof. Came in, were efficient and respectful of the property. Did such a good job cleaning up, that the sparking new roof was the only proof that they had been here. Diego communicated with me any issues they had while installing and solved any and all issues with the installation very quickly. Very happy with the work...

Very good experience getting our roof replaced with Schottenstein Roofing! Brett, who handled our inspection and quote was very thorough and responsive from the beginning. Made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered. Even when we had an issue on the day of install, it was quickly and appropriately resolved on their end no questions asked. The end product is exactly what we wanted at a competitive price. We will definitely be using them again for future projects...
