The problem was that we went with another company to get our furnace and our air conditioner. The guy who sold us our equipment, ended his life right after. The things that were promised when we purchased it was never put in the final contract he said he had to go write it up, at the office. New addition vents no new ductwork. DJ showed us how there is corrosion in our furnace, he showed us how everything is rusting. So he worked up a quote doing everything we wanted in the first place that the other company said that they could not do. Our basement is damp has been since we bought the house. We got financed right here on our front porch, he showed us the quotes on several different options. All new ductwork some new additional vents, the furnace is going to be hung from the floor joists in the basement away from the water that drains in when it rains. And we are now able to move the air conditioner to the other side of the house tucked away nicely not by the driveway. We have a driveway that is up hill and we were always afraid that coming up the driveway in the winter sliding into the air conditioner. He is able to do everything that we wanted, and we got the actual quote emailed as soon as we chose it option we wanted. Everything was done professionally and I cannot wait until it’s completed. Again I can’t thank you enough for all your honesty DJ, it has been a total pleasure working with you. Final update So we had our new furnace and air conditioner installed. The 2 guys that installed our units were great. They did an amazing job.
