Jake was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful when we had questions and concerns.
The guys that put the roof together were also nice and very quick at their job!
We love our metal roof! Our house looks 1000 times better!Can't wait to get the siding done!
We even received a thank you gift! 10/10 would recommend...

We purchased our new to us (21 yr old) Ohio home while living in another state but knowing we needed the roof replaced prior to us moving in. From our first contact with Tyler Gastin we knew Royalty Roofing was the company to do the job. Tyler was professional, personable and truthfully just amazing. He made our entire experience with Royalty Roofing (and all of their staff) from quote to finish the easiest process ever! Had a new roof installed by Royalty Roofing in March 2024 and was very happy with Brent Sander our Salesman and contact person.  He handled everything in a very professional manner.  We had one small incident during the installation and Brent as well as the roofers and Royalty dealt with the matter quickly and very efficiently.
