"Had a leak and contacted Bristlewood on a word of mouth recommendation. Rick came out quickly, within the week of the initiation, and was very thorough on his examination of our roof. He sat with me to go over his "short" issues video, it was 7 minutes, and discussed our options. Along the way we encountered hurdles but the team at Bristlewood was very communicative and we were able to guide me through the process with ease. We replaced the 20+ year old roof and 4 skylights, which were likely original to the house, 1989. The job was completed in a day and we have been very happy with the results. We also have a chimney job they are working on us with as well. Highly recommended."

And Coy the overall supervisor did a great job communicating with us leading up to the job, stopping by during the day when the work was underway check on progress, and doing a follow up inspection the next day. "There were three things that stood out to me about RCV. First, they were very quick to respond to my on-line request for contact/a quote. Second, even though my job was relatively small (a few repairs to siding in preparation for selling my house), they came out within a few days to inspect the house, determine the repairs that needed to be done, and get me a quote. And third, they were able to fit me into their busy schedule when they had some time between jobs, which I appreciated very much. All in all, it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend them, whether your job is small, like mine, or larger."

"We needed our attic insulated so after some research I found RCV. Nico, who was awesome and really helpful and thorough, came by to give me an estimate. He took the time to explain the different kinds of insulations, the standards in Indiana, and the company standards. He was not only professional, but very friendly and patient. I had gotten a quote from another company, but they came out, said this is it, and the insulation they offered was not quality. No options, no explanations, just there ya go. The crew came out, and my wife was home and they too were very professional, courtesy, and did an excellent job! They were supposed to be done in a couple hours, but stayed to make sure the job was done right, and to help us make some decisions on issues we hadn’t previously thought about! After that experience, I called Nico back and just signed up to have them replace my gutters and some fascia! I feel this is a great company!
