"In a time that we were most stressed and vulnerable due to the April hail storms Fahey Roofing really stepped up! We had many companies banging on our door, multiple times trying to force us to use them for restoration and we really had no clue how to go about getting all the damages repaired. Josh Fahey himself made multiple visits to our home to answer any questions and made us feel ease about the processes. Once we had signed contracts with them, Damen was there to hold our hand every step of the way. If anything was less than perfect, they would make sure it was fixed to our expectations as soon as they possibly could. All of the repairs took months, but I was happy to see that once they started our project they did not rush through it and then move along to the next like I saw many other companies do. They made sure the weather was as good as it can be and then make sure to do things as I requested or would explain to me the more correct way. We had to have everything replaced roofing siding, gutters, soffit, etc. but our house looks amazing and looks brand new! More beautiful than when we first bought it! "April 2025 hail storm sucked. We live in a neighborhood of 86+ homes and over 70% of them incurred damage to either a combination or all of: roof, siding, gutters, windows, cars and other personal property. The very next day, I had 12 different contractors ranging from Texas to Florida knocking on my door - some claiming to be local with a PO Box address listed in Charleston..? I contacted Fahey Roofing for an estimate after seeing their trucks and advertising. Local good people. Josh and his crew took a thorough review of the damage we had - roof, siding, gutters, windows, and even identified some personal property we had not noticed ourselves. The estimate was comprehensive and timely to submit to insurance. While understanding 1000’s of homes in the area were affected, we were booked on the schedule and clear communication was provided throughout the process while supply chain and coordination of labor was organized. We were provided with suggestions that in our opinion 100% added value to our home. Construction exceeded expectations with 3 different crews tackling the roof, siding and gutters. All debris and materials were removed and safety of the workers outstanding.
