I am one that hates to say negative things about a company. My experience with this company has been so bad that I feel obligated to warn others that they may be taken advantage of. If you choose to go with this company, make sure anything that is verbally communicated to you by a sales representative is recorded and documented. They will promise you the world and not deliver.
The colors that we had discussed with the sales representative were not what was ordered. We were willing to compromise and accept the main color offered. They did replace the accent color but it came with many headaches. We were repeatedly told two weeks, after 2 weeks no one called or showed. We called the office, we were told 2 more weeks. Then we were told 2 more weeks. Then a manager called to ask why I “keep calling”. She then said that I was wrong about 2 weeks (despite that is what I was repeatedly told) and that the siding would take 6 weeks. She then (more than once) told me she would call back when it arrived, but I had to call her each time.
When we were quoted for siding, we were made to believe that the siding would cover all of our old siding. When the installers were done, there was a gap between the top of the siding to our roof of several inches. It was allowing water and debris to go behind the new siding. The installer told us that the trim that needs to go along the top was not on the order.
When we called the office they sent the salesman back out. He told us yes, this looked incorrect and that he would get it taken care of. He took pictures and left. We never heard back from him. When I discussed it with the people over the phone, they had no idea what I was talking about. They then told me to discuss it with the installer. The installer said he did his job and it was not on the work order. So now I have an incomplete job. The salesman (Brandon) apparently left items off our order and now we are left trying to figure out how to fix the situation. We were told we were getting a complete siding job and paid expecting a complete job. We picked this company based off of what we were told. Why would we pay 17k for an incomplete install?
We have been dealing with this since February. It's now September...
