The Roofiant Roofing company were total professionals and highly skilled sheet metal roofers. They did an absolute beautiful job on our metal roof and at a great price to boot! For the project we requested and received bids from four roofing contractors. We outlined the scope of work so that each bidder was pricing for the same job. Of the four bids, Chad’s (Roofiant) bottom line number covered more of the full scope of work and came in less than other bids. 3 of the 4 bids covered the base metal roof with additional costs for gutters & downspouts, gutter guard, ice guards, roof deck repairs, etc. We scheduled a meeting with Chad to let him know we were going to go with Roofiant. We did a walk around to discuss the project and answer any question we might have. After some discussion we agreed to adding the installation of a one-foot overhang to parts of the main structure and the two dormers. Chad put us on the calendar to begin in the first part of November.
The project started on time. Chad was onsite daily attending to details. The setup for the tear off included care and equipment to protect plants, decking etc. During the tear off stage Chad identified that the attic had not been properly vented. He quoted a reasonable cost to remedy it and we agreed to add it. When the tear-off was completed, the crew (including Chad) performed a very thorough cleaning up of nails and debris.
The re-roofing began that same week. Chad was onsite daily overseeing details of the job. The roofers finished up in a couple days. The gutter crew returned the following week and installed the gutters, down spouts and gutter guard.
We could not be more pleased with the outcome of the project. The roof extensions create a visual effect that had been missing. We are impressed with the workmanship and the way Roofiant conducts business. We particularly appreciate the level of involvement and responsibility Chad brings to the project. His onsite involvement and communication of progress and updates about the project goes far beyond a mere transaction. He puts in the time, daily to ensure the work is done right. His understanding of roofing helped us identify potential issues that might not otherwise have gotten addressed, and the recommendation for adding the overhangs changed the character of the roofline and really made the dormers "pop".
We are very pleased with the new roof. I feel that though the job is completed, we are still a customer. I’m confident that down the road, should anything unexpected arise, I can reach out to Roofiant and it will be addressed...

It’s too bad that you can only give 5 stars. This company did an amazing job, went above and beyond my expectations. The crews were kind and patient with me when I had to interrupt them to put my dogs out. They were fast yet so efficient. I couldn’t say enough about their work. I would highly recommend them if you need services...

After unsuccessfully trying to contact multiple exterior contractors, I reached Roofiant on my first call.

A kind voice greeted me, along with an appointment to address my issues and arrange any immediate, temporary repairs until their schedule was available to make permanent repairs.

The exterior contractor team was courteous, hardworking, and did an excellent job.  I am very thankful for all their hard work. The team repaired the roofing, installed gutters, and replaced windows.

I highly recommend Roofiant.  Chad was professional, honest, detailed, an exceptional communicator, knowledgeable, and a GREAT guy!  I am grateful for the team at Roofiant's impressive dedication and hard work...
